Job summary

BeCasaMonti is seeking a hospitality professional to serve as the ambassador to customers and partners, with thorough knowledge of the establishment’s environment and operations.

You will supervise receptionists, valets and baggage handlers, manage reservations in the absence of the reservations department, train front office teams, greet guests and allocate rooms in close collaboration with housekeeping.

The role involves leading service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• BeCasaMonti’s ambassador to customers and partners, with thorough knowledge of the establishment’s environment and operations.
• Supervise the team of receptionists, valets and baggage handlers and provide feedback on their performance.
• In the absence of the reservations department, manage reservation requests; check and follow up on all reservations.
• Build loyalty among existing customers and ensure the satisfaction of new customers.
• Monitor, handle and resolve customer disputes in close collaboration with your line managers.
• Manage Front Office schedules and provide training for Front Office teams.
• Give tours of the establishment to professionals and customers.
• Ensure Front Office procedures are complied with, updated and optimized.
• Control and monitor accounts receivable.
• Develop the hotel’s turnover through upsell actions.
• Ensure proper management of the cash register, daily closings and commission invoices.
• Manage, motivate and organize the work of the teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Participate in and lead Head of Department meetings.
• Welcome guests and allocate rooms, working closely with housekeeping.
