The position reports to the Customer Excellence Manager and involves handling inquiries by email and phone, coordinating with Back Office, Sales, and other departments, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems to ensure timely

• Managing customer requests via e-mail and phone within agreed timelines
• Supporting customers in the activation and management of services and contracts
• Ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and providers
• Cooperating closely with Back Office, Sales Team and other internal departments
• Monitoring requests, complaints and escalations until resolution
• Updating customer information and documentation in internal systems
• Managing front office administrative and operational activities
