Cloud 7 Rome Hotel is a stylish boutique property in the heart of Rome seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and oversee check-in/check-out with accuracy. You will provide information on services and local attractions while coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs.

The role requires 2+ years in a Front Office position, fluency in English and Italian, and familiarity with PMS such as Opera Cloud.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Front Office/ Reception role.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
• Non-EU candidates must have a valid residence permit to work in Italy.

With 37 thoughtfully designed rooms, the hotel offers a modern, vibrant stay blending comfort, style, and local character. Room categories range from Solo and Essential to Deluxe rooms with terraces and Junior Suites. At the heart of the experience is the “Social Cloud” — a dynamic space designed for connection, co-working, and curated guest experiences. ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS.
• Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive and personalized service.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Front Office/Reception role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.
• Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience with Opera Cloud is strongly desired.
• For non-EU candidates, it is necessary to have a valid residence permit to work in Italy; otherwise, there is no chance of being hired.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Initial Contract 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.
• Working Schedule 8-hour shifts per day - 2 days off per week
• National Collective Labour Agreement for Tourism – A.I.C.A.
