JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee beverage operations across outlets, ensuring consistent service and quality.
• Introduce unique beverage concepts inspired by alpine lifestyle, Italian traditions, and wellness trends.
• Source and maintain relationships with suppliers, focusing on quality, cost control, and local partnerships.
• Monitor beverage inventory, ordering, and cost management to optimize profitability.
• Train and mentor bar staff, ensuring knowledge of mixology, wine pairing, and service etiquette.
• Collaborate with F&B team to design beverage concepts for functions and promotions.
• Stay updated on global and local beverage trends, applying them to enhance guest offerings.
• Build strong guest relationships by engaging with customers and personalizing their experience.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Proven experience as Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Background in Italian wines and European beverage trends highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of HACCP, safety, and alcohol licensing requirements.
