LGC Standards, a division of LGC Group, is hiring a Quoting Specialist (m/f/d) fluent in French for our hybrid role in Milan area. You will quote for French-speaking markets, manage inquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to deliver seamless experiences.

Join a global team delivering quality assurance and scientific support across 180+ countries. Hybrid work includes 2–3 days in the office.

Competenze

• Fluent French and strong English language skills required.
• Experience in customer service, quotations, sales support or similar.
• Proactive, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Mansioni

• Create accurate and timely quotations for French-speaking markets.
• Manage customer enquiries and help find the right products and solutions.
• Follow up on quotations and support conversion into orders.
• Build strong relationships with customers and be a trusted contact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Support customers via phone, email, Salesforce and other digital channels.
• Encourage adoption of webshop and self-service solutions.
• Handle regulated product enquiries in line with compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
