Triumph Group in Segrate (MI) is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who speaks Dutch, French or Danish with strong English fluency. The role is 100% and hybrid, requiring two days at the Segrate office.

You will manage orders, credits, returns and customer communications while maintaining an accurate orderbook and proactive stock holds. Collaboration with Sales, Finance and other stakeholders is essential to meet KPIs.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent fluency in English and Dutch/French/Danish.
• Italian language is a nice-to-have.

Mansioni

• Track orders pro-actively and manage fulfillment steps.
• Follow policies for cancellations, returns and stock holds with key stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate Orderbook and on-time call-offs and deliveries.
• Resolve credit issues and minimize back orders with Finance and Sales.
• Manage customer communications and CRM entries; handle orders and complaints.
• Maintain Customer Information Management and strong relations with national accounts.
• Support monthly/bi-monthly account meetings to review performance and actions.
• Identify and solve account issues related to orders, deliveries, credits and returns.
