Job summary

Lexroom is building the AI platform for the legal world, with a growing team of about 300 in Europe. This role supports Italian and German customers across channels, driving adoption and satisfaction.

You’ll triage, resolve, and relay customer insights to shape the product roadmap, in a fast-paced startup that values exploration, ownership, and impact. Based in Milan or ready to relocate, you’ll join a hybrid environment with competitive compensation, equity, and growth opportunities as Lexroom

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and French; native speaker preferred, C1/C2 welcome.
• Fluent English: comfortable reading docs and understanding spoken English.
• 0-2 years in customer-facing roles (Customer Support/Success, Sales, Operations, or similar).
• Familiar with sales or customer support tools (Intercom, Notion, etc.).
• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for Lexroom's customers in Italy and Germany across chat, email, calls, driving product adoption and satisfaction.
• Own the full resolution flow: triage, prioritize and resolve tickets, run check-ins and feedback sessions, escalate complex cases.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally — feed insights to product and teams to improve processes and reduce churn.
