Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sales Manager B2B – Freelance to expand our AI-powered software and consulting offering in Germany. You will own the full sales cycle, identify new opportunities, and build lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Responsibilities include prospecting in the German market, managing CRM-driven pipelines, and collaborating with product teams to refine go-to-market strategies. Remote work and travel within Germany are supported.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B solution sales experience with proven results.
• Fluent German (C1+) and strong English communication.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and consultative selling.
• Freelancer/self-employed engagement with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell software solutions and consulting services to the German market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers while growing existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract closure.
• Coordinate with product teams and internal stakeholders throughout sales process.
