Job summary

UNGUESS is a remote-friendly, fast-growing crowdsourcing platform for testing and insights. We seek a Sales Manager with a proven track record to pursue enterprise opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and drive both short- and long-term revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing on GTM strategies, leverage CRM tools, and lead strategic account planning. Italian is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the same role with references.
• Strong Sales experience in SaaS/Tech; ability to close complex sales cycles.
• Excellent written & spoken German and English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue enterprise opportunities using LinkedIn, CRM, and networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Deliver short-term results while nurturing long-term revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align on audience, GTM, and product positioning.
• Lead account planning and define milestones for 1–3 years.
