Pietro, a Milan-based VC-backed AI startup, seeks its founding marketing hire to drive pipeline and support the sales team. You will craft conversion assets, case studies, ROI models, and technical one-pagers.

In months two and beyond, you will build the outbound engine, define ICP for international markets, create sequences, ensure deliverability, test campaigns, and turn events into real campaigns. Hybrid role in Milan with relocation support and travel 4–6 times a year.

Competenze

• 3–6 years in B2B marketing with hands-on outbound and pipeline generation experience.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• You write your own copy, case studies, and technical material.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows (roughly 4–6 trips/year).
• Bonus: German (C1) is a plus
