TR2 SRLS in Rome, a pioneering Italian SME in industrial automation and AI-driven sensing, is seeking a Marketing Manager. You will define and execute marketing strategies for AI and sensing solutions, position TR2 technologies across research, industrial and commercial channels, and build the marketing function from the ground up.

As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will create content, manage digital channels, support events, and shape the brand in the European deep-tech ecosystem,

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or B2B environments.
• Strong writing skills in English (C1+); Italian required.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing and email marketing fundamentals.

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business development goals.
• Create compelling content: website copy, case studies, product sheets, newsletters and social media posts.
• Manage the company's digital presence: website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and relevant industry platforms.
• Coordinate the company's presence at conferences, trade shows and institutional events.
• Design and produce marketing materials: presentations, brochures, videos and infographics.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and report on campaign performance.
• Support PR activities and media relations.
• Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex topics into accessible content.
