Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in live customer deployments. You will own problems end‑to‑end, from triage to resolution, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve AI-driven deployments across Salesforce platforms.

You’ll design agent intelligence, build data pipelines, and deliver measurable KPI reporting while traveling up to 25% to work directly with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Production deployment experience in AI tech stacks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and production-ready experiences for enterprises.
• Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, and tool calls.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to deployment.
• Build and maintain data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks; model data and validate output.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting to monitor deployment health.
• Collaborate with customers and partners; share enablement best practices.
• Surface platform gaps and provide feedback to product and engineering.
