Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is hiring a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure top in-store experiences and sales performance.

You will participate in open/close routines, manage the register, and support omni-channel orders while maintaining brand standards. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED-equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year preferred.
• Fluency in English and Italian (CEFR B2) required.

Mansioni

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
