Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Administration Specialist to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance for the USAFE GPMS Vehicles Fleet, ensuring compliance with PWS and the DynCorp QMS. You will manage DPAS records, monitor parts, and coordinate with supervision while traveling domestically and internationally as required.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency in Windows/MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of recent specialized experience.
• Three years of administrative experience, preferably in vehicle maintenance.
• US work authorization required.
• DPAS knowledge or ability to complete USAF DPAS courses.
• Strong data entry and analysis background.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and submits an annual and monthly maintenance schedule for USAF vehicle assets.
• Monitors workload and coordinates with supervision to control workflow.
• Monitors vehicles that come off Vehicle Down for Parts (VDP) and informs supervision of status change to VDM.
• Ensures DPAS records are entered and parts are tracked in DPAS.
• Initiates MDRs using JDRS.
• Maintains and updates vehicle historical records.
