BB&E is seeking a dynamic Expeditionary Project Manager to provide project management support for NAVFAC EURAFCENT at NSA Naples, Italy, with expansion across EURAFCENT. The role reports to the Expeditionary Directorate and requires relocation to Naples and travel across EUCOM, AFRICOM and CENTCOM.

Five+ years’ facilities design experience, DoD knowledge, and RA/PE considerations are preferred. Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and self-motivation are essential for success in this

Competenze

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Minimum five years of professional architectural or engineering facilities design experience.
• Experience on Federal Agency projects and knowledge of DoD/Navy specs.
• Willingness to relocate to Naples, Italy and travel across EURAFCENT.

Mansioni

• Provide independent architectural and engineering support for planning, design, construction and maintenance of facilities.
• Manage projects from initiation through closeout, including governance, cost estimating, scheduling and QA.
• Conduct site visits, verify contractor compliance, and manage submittals and RFI responses.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and perform technical analysis for negotiations and claims.
• Coordinate with COR, DOR, Supported Commands and other stakeholders; maintain project documentation.
