Responsibilities

• Manage electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems; analyze malfunctions and define corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs, costs and maintenance budgets and support energy efficiency and plant improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, fire prevention and facility management regulations; assist in audits and inspections.

This position involves a dynamic, technical-managerial role, with responsibility for overseeing the maintenance of company systems and infrastructure, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, safety, and operational continuity.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; coordinating with suppliers and external contractors; and managing electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. They will be able to analyze malfunctions and define corrective actions; monitor KPIs, costs, and maintenance budgets; and support energy efficiency and plant improvement projects.

The candidate will ensure compliance with current regulations regarding health and safety, the environment, fire prevention, and facility management. They will assist in managing audits, inspections, and technical compliance activities.
