ALSTOM Gruppe is seeking a Fleet & Depot Planner to coordinate depot maintenance for trains, ensuring timely schedules and high efficiency. You will liaise with maintenance, retrofit, and engineering teams, while tracking KPI-driven performance and ensuring compliance with time slots.

The role requires an engineering background and 3+ years in planning or production, with strong SAP CS/PM and MS Office skills, and fluency in English and local language. A rotating three-shift pattern may apply.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process supervision/production environment.
• Experience in planning (railway or production).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes.
• Proficient IT skills, especially SAP CS/PM modules and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule and prioritise depot maintenance activities.
• Report maintenance status and follow up.
• Inform Production teams about scheduled time slots.
• Interface with maintenance, retrofit, engineering and external teams.
• Supervise maintenance activities on trains in workshop according to schedule.
• Coordinate with workshop infrastructure and tool requirements.
• Ensure workload aligns with planned time slots; monitor delays.
• Create and release notifications and service orders for corrective activities.
