Fimelato in Milan is seeking an experienced Flagship Manager to lead the structuring and opening of a new flagship store. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in retail management, specifically in new openings, and excellent knowledge of P&L.

The role requires fluency in both Italian and English, along with exceptional interpersonal skills. You will collaborate closely with HQ on staffing and marketing activities.

The resource with solid professional experience in the retail sector will collaborate in the structuring and opening of a new Flagship store. The professional will have a direct and continuous confrontation with HQ for choices related to staff, product and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 5 years in the role of Flagship Manager and in the management of new opening
• Knowledge of store P&L
• Excellent knowledge of commercial levers
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
• An excellent standing, exceptional interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and energy complete the profile.
