POP MART ITALY S.R.L. is seeking a confident Store Manager to lead the new Milan City Centre store launch. You will manage staff recruitment, pre-opening setup, and ongoing daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail, strong Italian and English, and deep knowledge of Excel and KPI reporting. A structured bonus scheme and growth opportunities are offered within a dynamic multinational environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years experience in similar retail roles, preferably in fashion/luxury.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in KPI reporting and retail analytics.

Mansioni

• Lead the opening of a new POP MART store in Milan City Centre and drive sales from day one.
• Plan, implement, and monitor actions to achieve sales targets and budget.
• Ensure merchandising standards, optimize space, and maximize profitability.
• Manage stock levels and replenishment cycles in the store and warehouse.
• Coach and develop store team, monitor KPIs, and foster strong team dynamics.
• Coordinate events, launches, and CRM campaigns with central teams.
