Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator manufacturer, is seeking a Financial Analyst - Internship to support the Head Quarter Finance Team in the preparation and development of financial analyses.

The internship offers hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting and variance analysis across subsidiaries, with opportunities to influence strategic initiatives. Fluent English and Italian, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle or Tagetik are valuable assets.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle or Tagetik is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Mansioni

• Review subsidiaries' monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance explanations vs BDG and PY.
• Prepare bridge analyses on volumes, price, FX to explain main drivers of variances.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager on technical accounting matters and audit support.
• Support senior management in budgeting and forecasting.
• Review/general ledger reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with internal audit requests for information.
• Implement and use corporate reporting tools.
• Prepare detailed analyses on inventory and accounts receivable outstanding.
• Support Group Controller in monthly checks of the Internal Control System.

PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Financial Analyst to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to identify trends that impact the business and gather financial information necessary to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Review subsidiaries monthly, quarterly and annually financial reporting for accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance explanation of month variances vs BDG and PY.
• Prepare bridge analysis on volumes, price, FX, to highlight the main drivers of the Sales and Margin variances.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Work with Accounting Manager on technical accounting matters and audit support
• Support the senior management in the preparation of the budget and the forecast.
• Review/prepare general ledger reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
• Comply with internal audit requests for information.
• Implementation and usage of corporate reporting tools.
• Prepare detailed analysis on the inventory and the account receivable outstanding.
• Support the Group Controller in the monthly check that the Internal Control System for all legal entities within the Group is correctly applied.

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Italian, any other language is an advantage.
