Boston Scientific in Milan is seeking a proactive intern to support the EMEA Headquarters FP&A Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This operational role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization.

This internship is 6 months, paid, with a possibility to renew for 6 more months, and is based in Milan with a hybrid work mode. You will collaborate with a multinational team and gain valuable finance experience.

Competenze

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting or Economical Engineering.
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (level B2 or higher).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT/CoPilot) is preferred.

Mansioni

• Support on monthly/quarterly reporting activities with data report creation.
• Support Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning.
• Prepare templates and collect data for budget forecasting and variances.
• Work with AI and agents to prepare data.
• Support market modeling and consolidation.
• Develop ad-hoc requests as per business needs.

About the Role:

We’reseeking a proactive intern to support our EMEA Headquarter FP&A Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This operational role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization.

Your Responsabilities will Be:

• Support on monthly/quarterly reporting activities with data report creation to support decisions
• Support in Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning
• Prepare templates and collect data to upload business data linked to budget forecasting and analysis of variances vs Plan/Forecast
• Work with AI and agents to prepare data
• Support Market Modelling exercise and consolidation
• Develop ad-hoc requests as per business needs

What Are We Looking For In You:

• Graduatedina Bachelor’s orMaster's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economical Engineering
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (level B2 or higher)
• Strong Excel knowledge& Microsoft Office
• Experience working with AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot)
• Analytical and good knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts
• Collaborative and motivated, with strong communicationskills
• Proactivity and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment
