Boston Scientific is seeking a proactive finance intern to support the EMEA Headquarter FP&A team in planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This role offers exposure within a complex, international matrix organization and a path to meaningful impact in a fast-growing, innovative environment.

Location is Milan with hybrid work, and the program lasts 6 months with a renewal option. The candidate will collaborate with senior leadership and develop presentation and data skills across finance

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economical Engineering.
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2 or higher).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Experience with AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot).
• Analytical and good knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive intern to support our EMEA Headquarter FP&A Team, partnering with Senior Leadership on planning, reporting, and financial analysis. This operational role offers high exposure within a complex, international matrix organization.

Your Responsabilities will Be:

• Support on monthly/quarterly reporting activities with data report creation to support decisions
• Support in Headquarters Operating Expenses monthly reporting and planning
• Prepare templates and collect data to upload business data linked to budget forecasting and analysis of variances vs Plan/Forecast
• Work with AI and agents to prepare data
• Support Market Modelling exercise and consolidation
• Develop ad-hoc requests as per business needs

What Are We Looking For In You:

• Graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economical Engineering
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (level B2 or higher)
• Strong Excel knowledge & Microsoft Office
• Experience working with AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot)
• Analytical and good knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts
• Collaborative and motivated, with strong communication skills
• Proactivity and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work within a team in a matrix environment
• Good presentation skills
• Result oriented
