Abbott in Italy is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. You will translate data into strategic insights, partnering with business leaders to drive performance and growth.

You will lead financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support, ensuring high-quality financial information is available to support objectives. This role emphasizes collaboration with commercial and regional finance teams.

Competenze

• FP&A, controlling, or business finance experience.
• Advanced analytics with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of financial reports and planning deliverables.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, balance sheet performance, and profitability.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
• Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools.
• G/L account and balance reconciliation, continuous partnership with Corporate Finance Service, Balance Sheet forecast specifically AR and Liabilities

What You'll Bring

Education

• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controlling, or business finance.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
