The Magnum Ice Cream Company is hiring a Finance Business Partner for the Caivano Sourcing Unit. You will partner with site leadership on performance delivery, costs, forecasting and governance to help deliver safe, reliable, and cost-competitive results.

You will work with Factory Leadership, Operations, Production, Supply Chain Finance and central finance teams to provide decision support and governance while driving transformation projects including SAP S/4HANA readiness and adoption.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in finance business partnering within manufacturing/production.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting.

Mansioni

• Partner with Factory Leadership Team to drive site performance and financial discipline.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost governance and month-end activities for manufacturing costs.
• Deliver financial insights to support cost control, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure robust financial governance, controls, inventory management and audit readiness.
• Co-drive the site savings agenda with Operations, Production and Engineering teams.
• Support capex planning and investment appraisals, including business cases and post-investment tracking.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation by supporting data readiness and process alignment.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain networks to share best practices across regions.
