The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Site Manager for the Mappano ice cream and food manufacturing site in Italy. The role oversees safety, quality, service, cost, people, engineering, maintenance, and compliance, representing the factory with authorities, unions, suppliers, and customers.

You will lead the site leadership team, drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver reliable production, continuous improvement, and asset care on site.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, Operations Management.
• Significant senior leadership experience in ice cream, food, dairy, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong people leadership, change leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Italian and strong English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the Mappano site with clear ownership for performance and people.
• Set the direction for the site and translate objectives into operating plans.
• Build a culture based on safety, quality, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the site leadership team with clear roles, routines, and performance expectations.
• Ensure collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and support functions.
• Deliver the production plan safely, reliably, and to service, food safety, and quality standards.
