DAB Pumps in Italy is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manufacturing to join the Finance Business Partnering team. You will partner with Operations to translate strategy into financial targets, drive performance, and deliver sustainable financial results.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics, Finance, or related field; 3–5 years in industrial finance; fluent English; strong analytical and communication skills; and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Industrial Controller, Financial Controller or similar in structured industrial environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on results.
• Analytical skills and Business acumen.
• Agile and curious mindset.

Mansioni

• Partner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets, plans and actionable initiatives.
• Drive performance management by providing transparency on financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and challenging performance where needed.
• Drives business reviews prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively.
• Prepare financial planning and forecasting activities for Operations, including annual target setting and forward-looking business reviews.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, new initiatives and business cases.
• Own financial performance and reporting, including monthly results, costs, CAPEX and other key operational metrics.
• Ensure strong financial processes and controls, supporting month-end closing, accruals, valuations.
• Contribute to strategic Operations projects, while promoting high standards of compliance, ethics and internal control.
• Other analysis needed by the company.
