The Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks an Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager to own local E2E demand and supply planning across the Italy Ice Cream & Frozen Food business. You will lead demand forecasting, align commercial, supply chain and finance, and drive service levels while minimizing waste and costs.

You will partner with service providers, manage short-term service and index forecast accuracy to enable strategic decisions.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in demand planning and S&OP.
Strong analytical skills with ERP, ML tools and demand planning software.

Mansioni

Forecast Management: Develop and maintain accurate short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using models and cross-functional inputs.
S&OP Leadership: Lead the demand planning component of the S&OP process across commercial, supply, and finance.
Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to gather insights and align with service providers.
Performance Monitoring: Track forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement.
Service & Inventory Optimization: Balance service levels with working capital and supply constraints.
Data & Systems: Lead implementation of Kinaxis and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
