ASSA ABLOY Group, via Traka, is seeking a Field Technician to support customers across Italy. The role involves on-site electrical installations, training end-users, and commissioning key cabinets and locker systems, with ~70% travel nationwide.

You will diagnose and resolve incidents, perform on-site repairs, and continuously upskill on Traka products. The ideal candidate holds an electricity/electronics qualification (FP II or higher) or equivalent hands-on experience, has a valid driving

Qualifikationen

• Technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics (FP II / Diploma) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel across Italy with a valid driving license and English fluency.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Workplace Safety certificate (Electrical or Construction) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review and prepare Traka equipment prior to delivery.
• Perform preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and train end-users on the Traka application and workflows.
• Install and commission key cabinets and locker systems; assist with software installation and configuration.
• Diagnose incidents and perform on-site repairs and component replacements.
• Upskill and stay current with Traka product developments.
