ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is hiring a Field Technician to support customers across Italy. The role requires traveling up to 70% of the time, conducting on-site electrical installations, training end-users, and ensuring seamless integration of Traka key-management systems.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience in electronic & mechanical assembly.
• Willing to travel across Italy and hold a valid driving license.
• Proficient English, both spoken and written; IT knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare Traka equipment prior to delivery.
• Perform preliminary electrical installations on client sites and train end-users on Traka app workflows.
• Install and commission key cabinets and locker systems; assist software installation & configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents on-site, including repairs and component replacements.
• Upskill continuously to stay ahead of Traka product developments.

Join Traka’s team, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, in Italy, and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.**What you would do as our Field Technician** Reporting to the Italy Country Manager and the Regional Technical Director of Traka South Europe, you will join a growing Italian team, gaining deep expertise in Traka key-management systems and playing a strategic role in consolidating the launch and growth of Traka’s brand-new Italian branch, directly contributing to customer success.
