Traka, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Field Technician to support customers across Italy. You will review equipment prior to delivery, perform preliminary electrical installations, install and commission key cabinets and locker systems, and train end-users on the Traka application.

This field-based role requires an electrical/electronics qualification (FP II / Diploma or higher), willingness to travel Italy with a valid driving license, strong English, and a proactive, self-motivated

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics (FP II / Diploma or higher) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willing to travel across Italy, and hold a valid driving license; fluent English (spoken and written).
• Dynamic and curious, able to cooperate in cross-functional teams with a professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare Traka equipment prior to delivery.
• Perform preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and train end-users on the Traka app and workflows.
• Install and commission key cabinets and locker systems; assist with software installation & configuration.
• Deliver on-site support by diagnosing and resolving incidents, including on-site repairs and component replacements.
• Upskill continuously, staying current with Traka product developments.

Join Traka’s team, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, in Italy, and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.**What you would do as our Field Technician** Reporting to the Italy Country Manager and the Regional Technical Director of Traka South Europe, you will join a growing Italian team, gaining deep expertise in Traka key-management systems and playing a strategic role in consolidating the launch and growth of Traka’s brand-new Italian branch, directly contributing to customer success.
