Record in Bologna, Italy, seeks a Field Technician to support customers across Italy. You will install and commission Traka key-management systems, train users, and resolve on-site incidents as part of a growing Italian branch.

The role involves substantial travel and collaboration with local and international teams. The ideal candidate has an electrical/electronics background, a valid driving license, and strong English skills.

Competenze

• Technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics (FP II / Diploma or higher) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel across Italy; valid driving license; excellent English (spoken and written).
• IT basic user/assist level knowledge and a Workplace Safety certificate (Electrical/Construction) is a plus.

• Review and prepare Traka equipment before delivery.
• Perform preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and train end-users on the Traka application.
• Install and commission key cabinets and locker systems; assist with software installation & configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents on-site, including repairs and component replacements.
