Zusammenfassung

Traka, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is hiring a Field Technician in Italy. Reporting to the Italy Country Manager, you will join a growing Italian team and build expertise in Traka key-management systems while launching and growing our new Italian branch.

This field-based role requires travel across Italy (~70%), a technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience, a driving license, and strong English.

Qualifikationen

• Technical qualification in Electricity/Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience in electronic and mechanical assembly.
• Willingness to travel across Italy; valid driving license; fluent English (spoken and written).
• Dynamic, curious, and able to work in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Review and prepare Traka equipment prior to delivery.
• Perform preliminary electrical installations on customer sites and train end-users on Traka applications.
• Install and commission key cabinets and locker systems; assist with software installation and configuration.
• Provide on-site diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upskill continuously to stay ahead of Traka product developments.
