Vantive is seeking a Laboratory Technician to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of electromedical equipment at client sites in the Milano area. You will perform high-quality field service interventions to support healthcare staff and maintain clinical activity continuity, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires a technical diploma, 3+ years of field service experience, and knowledge of electronics, electromechanics and mechanics.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in electronics/electrotechnics/mechanics.
• At least 2-3 years of field service experience at client sites.
• Experience with medical electromechanical equipment is a plus.
• Good knowledge of electronics, electromechanics and mechanics.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer orientation and good interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy and teamwork capability.
• Willingness to travel frequently in the assigned area.

Mansioni

• Install, operate, maintain and update electromedical devices at public and private facilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and field actions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with timely response.
• Collaborate with customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders for field activity management.
• Ensure compliance with service procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document activities accurately in company systems.
• Provide remote technical support and user training when requested.
• Support demonstrations and commercial initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Efficiently manage spare parts warehouse and tools.
