Vantive is seeking a Laboratory Technician to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of electromedical equipment at client sites in the Milano area. You will perform high-quality field service interventions to support healthcare staff and maintain clinical activity continuity, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires a technical diploma, 3+ years of field service experience, and knowledge of electronics, electromechanics and mechanics.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in electronics/electrotechnics/mechanics.
• At least 2-3 years of field service experience at client sites.
• Experience with medical electromechanical equipment is a plus.
• Good knowledge of electronics, electromechanics and mechanics.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

Entrando nel team Service, sarai responsabile di garantire il corretto funzionamento e l'affidabilità delle nostre apparecchiature medicali elettromeccaniche presso i clienti dell'area di Milano. Attraverso interventi tecnici di qualità, contribuirai a supportare il personale sanitario e a garantire la continuità delle attività cliniche, offrendo al tempo stesso un'esperienza di eccellenza ai clienti.

Principali responsabilità

• Installare, manutenere e aggiornare dispositivi medicali elettromeccanici presso strutture sanitarie pubbliche e private.
• Eseguire interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva, upgrade tecnologici e Field Corrective Actions.
• Diagnosticare e risolvere problematiche tecniche, assicurando tempi di risposta efficaci e un elevato livello di servizio.
• Collaborare con clienti, colleghi e stakeholder interni per garantire una gestione efficace delle attività sul campo.
• Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure di service, degli standard qualitativi e delle normative applicabili.
• Registrare e documentare accuratamente le attività svolte attraverso i sistemi aziendali.
• Fornire supporto tecnico da remoto e formazione agli utenti, quando richiesto.
• Supportare attività dimostrative e iniziative commerciali, contribuendo alla soddisfazione e fidelizzazione dei clienti.
• Gestire in modo efficiente il magazzino ricambi assegnato e gli strumenti necessari allo svolgimento delle attività.

Requisiti

• Diploma tecnico in ambito elettronico, elettrotecnico, meccanico o equivalente.
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell'assistenza tecnica sul campo presso clienti.
• Costituisce un plus la precedente esperienza di assistenza tecnica su apparecchiature medicali elettromeccaniche.
• Buona conoscenza di elettronica, elettromeccanica e meccanica.
• Capacità di lettura e comprensione di documentazione tecnica in lingua inglese.
• Buone competenze di troubleshooting e problem solving.
• Orientamento al cliente e ottime capacità relazionali.
• Autonomia nell'organizzazione del proprio lavoro e capacità di collaborare efficacemente in team.
• Disponibilità a spostamenti frequenti nell'area assegnata.

Summary

The Laboratory Technician works in the Chemical and Microbiological Laboratory, reporting to the Laboratory manager of the plant of Medolla.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory analysis
• Execute and document of chemical controls on raw materials, water, materials, semi-finished and finished products
• Execute validation of the analytical methods and instruments used, write analytical validation protocols and method reports
• Collects chemical data for statistical processing, prepares trends and periodic reports
• Execute and document environmental controls to guarantee compliance of the clean room conditions to standards and regulations
• Manage internal procedures

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific disciplines (eg Pharmacy, CTF or chemistry).
• State examination for the practice of the profession (Pharmacy, Chemist)
• At least two years’ experience in the field of Quality Control, chemical laboratory, in medical and/or pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of ISO and GMP regulations, and operational knowledge in the pharmaceutical field in relation to the management of instrumentation and laboratory analysis.
• Knowledge of LIMS and data integrity requirements is considered a plus
• Good quality of written and verbal communication in English

La retribuzione annua lorda minima prevista per questa posizione è pari a 39.000 Euro.

Il rapporto di lavoro sarà disciplinato dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro (CCNL) Chimico-Farmaceutico.
