WWS CAREERS in Italy seeks a Field Service Engineer to cover the Triveneto region, with focus on Padova, Vicenza and Verona. You will be the face of the company on site, installing diagnostics instruments, troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance at customer sites.

You will train lab staff on daily use and basic troubleshooting while collaborating with Sales and Application Specialists as part of the account team.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Solid grounding in electronics, electro-mechanics and troubleshooting.
• Based in Veneto, ideally Padova or Vicenza.
• English level B1 or higher.
• You enjoy talking to clients, not just fixing things and leaving.

Install diagnostics instruments at customer sites

Troubleshoot and repair on site.

Plan and deliver preventive maintenance visits on a scheduled cycle across your accounts.

Train lab staff on daily use, maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting so they get the best out of the instrument.

Work closely with Sales and Application Specialists, you're part of the account team, not a lone visitor.

Build real relationships with clients.

This is NOT the "fix it and leave" kind of role.

You're the face of the company on site.

Territory

Triveneto, main focus on Padova, Vicenza, Verona.

You're the one if you have

• At least 1 year experience as a Field Service Engineer
• Solid grounding in electronics, electro-mechanics and troubleshooting
• Based in Veneto — ideally Padova or Vicenza
• B1 English (minimum)
