Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Specification Engineer for Emergency Lighting Key Accounts in Lombardy and Northern Italy. You will develop a robust network of key specification stakeholders, including engineering consultancies and major end-users managing high-value developments.

Responsibilities include securing project visibility, tracking opportunities, and collaborating with sales engineers and back-office teams to drive project conversion. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Professional technician with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in Commercial & Institutional building projects
• Experience in electrical design or project management for large C&I projects

Responsibilities

• Secure early-stage visibility of projects and influence planning to embed Eaton solutions
• Identify, track and manage projects where Eaton is not yet specified
• Share project intelligence across internal stakeholders for collaboration
• Prioritize high-impact opportunities using data-driven decisions
• Mobilize Eaton's capabilities to progress projects quickly
• Expand application of Eaton's Solution Spaces to meet customer needs
• Manage the role across Northern Italy with focus on Lombardy
