Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer to service the Lombardy region. The role covers repair, maintenance and installation of workstations, printers, POS systems and peripherals to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will work with Windows, Linux, Unix and Ghost imaging, and must be ready for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on-call duty. Immediate start is preferred, with up to 30 days notice.

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with computer hardware maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintenance and installation of NCR Voyix equipment in Lombardy.
• Ensure service continuity and meet SLAs.
• Resolve issues until customers are satisfied.
