Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Customer Engineer for the Lombardy region. You will be responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment including workstations, printers, POS systems, and self-checkout units.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call duty as needed. Candidates should have a technical high school diploma or equivalent, a Category B driving license, and knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix.

Qualifications

Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
Category B driving license.
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
Knowledge of Ghost imaging procedures.
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, shifts, and on-call duty (up to a maximum of 16 on-call periods per year).
Aptitude for working on mechanical and electrical components, and experience with computer hardware maintenance (desktops, servers, peripherals).
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Availability to start immediately or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Repair, maintenance, and installation of NCR Voyix equipment in the Lombardy region.
Ensure service continuity and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolve service issues until the customer is satisfied and SLAs are met.
