NCR Atleos Italy is seeking a Customer Engineer to install, maintain and repair retail equipment remotely within Italy. The role demands ownership of customer incidents, strong hardware skills, and ability to work across ATMs and kiosks with minimal supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus EPOS experience and flexibility for on-site travel when needed. Training will be provided at NCR facilities.

Formación

• Experience with EPOS maintenance or installation on retail hardware.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and PC maintenance skills.
• Availability for flexible scheduling and travel within Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain and repair NCR equipment across assigned regions.
• Own customer problems from report to resolution, meeting SLAs.
• Perform front-end maintenance on ATMs, kiosks and peripheral devices.
• Assist in site prep, cable installation and minor testing as required.
• Maintain inventory, report activity and track expenses.
