Job summary

NCR VOYIX is seeking a Customer Engineer to repair, maintain and install equipment across the Piemonte region. You will ensure service continuity and high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and in line with SLAs.

Work involves workstations, peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems and self-checkout units. Applicants should have a technical diploma, a category B driving license, and proven ability to work with Windows, Linux and Unix, with a proactive, flexible

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Aptitude for hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintenance and installation of NCR Voyix equipment in Piemonte region.
• Ensure service continuity and high levels of customer satisfaction and SLAs.
• Resolve service issues until customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Work on workstations, peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems and self-checkout units.
• Operate with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
