You will be responsible for resolving service issues until the situation is settled to the customer's satisfaction and/or in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work will be performed on all equipment supplied by NCR Voyix, specifically workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, and self-checkout units.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS*** Technical high school diploma or equivalent* Category B driving license* Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems* Knowledge of Ghost imaging procedures* The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, possess strong problem-solving skills, quickly acquire new competencies, and be willing to work flexible hours—including nights, weekends, overtime, shifts, and on-call duty (up to a maximum of 16 on-call periods per year).* Aptitude for working on both mechanical and electrical components, as well as experience with computer hardware maintenance (desktops, servers, peripherals) and software-related tasks, is required.* Knowledge of the local area* Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines* Ability to adhere to schedules* Proactive attitude* Availability to start immediately or within a maximum of 30 days**Minimum Annual Base Salary:** 27.000,00€ GrossCollective Agreement: CCNL Terziario Distribuzione Servizi (cod.
