Cytiva in Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain and repair biotechnology equipment, with a focus on customer sites and remote support. You will travel up to 70% within the territory and engage in sales opportunities to promote service contracts.

We expect a degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering or related field, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
• English is required; willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Experience in field service or similar role is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients at the site.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and promote revenue programs.
