A leading green tech company is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Milan. The role involves owning customer issues, supporting onsite commissioning and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Candidates should have an educational background in electrical engineering and be proficient in Italian and English. Experience in battery storage solutions and customer service is beneficial. This position requires a driving license and entails on-call duties and travel.

Competenze

Knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits.
Health & Safety training for construction sites.
Willingness to work on-call and travel (60%).

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Italy to support our clients in Milan or nearby areas. As an in‑field expert you will be the superhero our clients need.

Your mission

Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
Support resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on‑site services.
Support the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services.
Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
Perform all on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks, as well as upgrades or rework activities.
Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
Follow the applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.
Ensure up‑to‑date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
Support Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities.
Support resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on‑site services.
Participate in the claim management and RMA process.
Take care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process.
Take over randomly on‑call duties, partly on weekends and nights.

Your profile

Education as Electrical technician or Engineer (knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc.).
Italian & English language skills at least at B2 level.
Experience with battery storage solutions is beneficial.
Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
Driving license is extremely important for the job.
Health & Safety training to access construction sites with electrical specific training.
Willingness to work on‑call duty and to travel (60 %).
