Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for its Europe trainee program.

The 6-month program targets ambitious new graduates, with placement in Agrate Brianza (MB) or Catania after training, offering international exposure and the chance to accelerate your career in the semiconductor industry. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information systems, or related fields, plus strong English and Italian.

Competenze

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information systems or related field OR you have graduated recently.
• Advanced level of English with proficient Italian.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.

Mansioni

• On-site installation and support of advanced electro-mechanical and electronic wafer fabrication production equipment.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance independently or as part of a team.
• Systematic troubleshooting and fault elimination of the systems.
• Work across technologies such as CVD, ALD, RIE, PVD, Anneal, Implant, Metrology, and Inspection.
