Job summary

Must Energy Group is seeking an on-site Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service energy storage systems and related electrical equipment across Italy. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot faults, and replace components on-site, ensuring timely resolution for customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in equipment repair or field service, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to travel. English basics preferred and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on equipment repair, field service or after-sales maintenance.
• Strong hands-on repair skills including fault diagnosis and PCB replacement.
• Experience with inverters, energy storage, solar PV equipment, UPS or power electronics preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site and travel within Italy.
• Basic English preferred.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Repair: diagnose and repair faults in energy storage systems and related equipment.
• On-site Maintenance: perform inspections, disassembly, repair and replacement of components.
• Fault Diagnosis: use testing tools to identify faults and restore operation.
• Customer Service: provide on-site technical support across Italy.
• Technical Reporting: document repairs and coordinate with HQ team.
