Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Service Deployer for the North-West area. The role plans, optimizes, and coordinates direct service technicians and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective field interventions, preventive and corrective maintenance, and first startups.

The candidate will manage service backlog, forecast monthly activities, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining project margins.

Qualifications

Requires technical diploma or engineering degree or higher.
Experience coordinating service and planning technical interventions.
Strong command of ERP systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage the monthly service backlog for maintenance, repairs, and efficiency projects.
Participate in regional business meetings and provide data for monthly forecasts.
Plan internal and external technicians and equipment per project needs.
Coordinate with SOL, FSR, and technicians to build a work program.
Plan and assign maintenance contracts with Trane technicians and external contractors.
Close planned works in the service tool, ensuring compliance and completion.
Close sites using refrigerants, nitrogen, oils, or waste and arrange disposal where required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues with the team.
