Trane Supply is seeking a Product Manager for Industrial Process Cooling in the EMEA region. You will shape product strategy, define requirements, and drive portfolio decisions to meet customer needs for reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.

Partner with engineering, operations, and sales to deliver differentiated solutions across industries. The role emphasizes market-driven roadmaps, lifecycle management, and successful product launches, with a focus on energy efficiency and system

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong understanding of industrial process cooling markets and trends.

Responsibilities

Translate customer, market, and technical insights into product requirements and priorities.
Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for the industrial process cooling portfolio.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, sales, and marketing to launch competitive solutions.
Develop business cases for new product development and portfolio expansion.
Monitor product performance across revenue, margin, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
