Trane Technologies seeks an Equipment Application Engineer to size Trane units per application and provide technical support through design to installation. You will guide Sales Engineers and customers on hydronic systems, prepare proposals, and train the network on software and products.

Expect collaboration with internal teams, development of basic schematics and control logic for advanced plants, and participation in webinars and seminars to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in Thermodynamics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid HVAC fundamentals and systems knowledge.
• Strong sales mindset and teamwork ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliaries.
• Suggest innovative technical solutions including basic schematics and control logic.
• Train the sales network on software and products.
• Prepare product presentations and deliver webinars/seminars.
• Check technical compliance of orders and update CRM records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care and external stakeholders.
