Job summary

Durst Group is seeking an International Service Technician to travel worldwide and support customers with new installations and technical issues. You will ensure high customer satisfaction during application training and act as the interface for development, engineering, and the demo center.

The role involves worldwide service assignments, remote and telephone support, thorough documentation, and collaboration across technical and training teams.

Qualifications

• Completion of a technical secondary school, vocational school, or comparable professional experience.
• Enthusiasm for technology and strong overall technical understanding.
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 50% per year).
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service assignments (installation, maintenance, updates) worldwide.
• Provide telephone and remote support for fast problem solving with service partners.
• Document service assignments (installation docs, service reports, travel reports).
• Collaborate with other service areas (telephone service, training, documentation).
• Engage in technical meetings and interface with internal departments.
