Job summary

BauWatch Italy is seeking a Direct Sales professional to drive growth across Lazio. You will identify opportunities, acquire customers, and build long-term relationships through field visits and presentations to clients and trade events.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in related sectors, strong customer focus, and willingness to travel within Italy, including periodic trips to Milan HQ. An autonomous, proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in construction, renewables, or security industry.
• Strong customer focus and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel within Lazio and to Milan HQ.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
• Identify, develop, and nurture long-term customer relationships to build partnerships.
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned geographic area (cold visits, meetings, evaluations).
• Deliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and ideas.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by addressing needs and informing clients about BauWatch solutions.
• Advise leadership on market opportunities, risks, and adjustments to commercial strategy.
